"You'll know when you've found the right red lipstick because you'll see your hair and eyes light up when you put it on. A red that doesn't suit you will pull the colour from you, but when you find the one that works -- and there's one for every woman, I promise -- you'll look in the mirrow and it will be like the sun coming out from behind a cloud."
"As a general rule, blonds are best with true reds or reds with blue undertones, brunettes should go with true read or coral, and redheads can do either coral or blue. Skintone-wise, if you have pink in your complexion, blue-reds are most flattering; if you're more olive, go for orangey reds. But be warned that blue-reds can look a little garish under flourescent lights."

Happy weekend to you, Miss Tom Tuttle from Tacoma!!!
To find the perfect red lipstick is like looking for a needle in a haystack, close to impossible ;) And once you have found your color and you need after a few months a new one you realize that maybe the color is no longer available .... ;)
Beautiful Blessings to you!
I always found that red lipstick is desirable, but I never dare enough to give it a try! Sigh :(
Oh I love, love red lipstick. Nothing makes me feel more "I've got things to do, people to meet, and places to see" more than wearing red lipstick. LOL.
