synapsis

i've been doing some real shopping lately. but it's not really planned, and certainly not a i-really-want-to-spend-money-and-get-happy moment. even when i went thrifting, it'd be a real desire, and so i'd plan and strategise how best to shop. it seemed as if i've suddenly lost the desire to thrift. the soul's a cavern of desires which are so fleeting it scares me sometimes.

and shopping is quite a chore, no? lol. i got my reins on quite tight the whole time. somehow i just didn't really have the desire to own anything even if i could afford it. this pair of pants cost the most among my loot of the day, at half off S$59. and i didn't even try them on. i gauged that they're made vintage-style and the material's a bit silk-like so i went straight to the cashier. they're S size yet they're so baggy. love them! but i realised there're no belt loops so even if they're sized XS i don't think i could wear them high-waisted.

the top and outerwwear are given me by the dear friend who's my style guru. i'd wear the nude soft jacket to shreds, i tell ya.

bad hair day. looks like i can only use Head & Shoulders. can't use volumnising shampoo; it works the exact opposite: weighs my locks down. and speaking of locks, i'm back to wanting to have my locks chopped off.

don't you dig Sammi's look? ok, she's gaunt; ignore the impossibly tiny rib cage. i want her hair. "HeGivesMeABrandNewMi" - clever. lol.

He does give us all that. and so much more we can never even begin to know.
