so i think tank or trapeze dresses suit me after all. or maybe i just want to hide under excessive cloth. oh so comfy and no need to hold my breath. i don't know if this is an inspired dress. it's just a gem. it's not meant to be asymmetrical, i believe. but it looks like it can worn lopsided. it's a tad large on me so i like the additional option to the already multi-ways i can wear it. but it's not w/o any fault: the dress could ride up my neck as i walk. i suspect it wouldn't if i were to zip up the front.
i'd love to pay tribute to three other items but even the repaired sony ericsson phone won't co-operate. i got the grey frames in ueno. i mentioned briefly of this quirky shop previously, in my japan posts. do you think they suit me? i was once again itching to change frames. i was always so envious when girls could rock in wayfarer plastic frames. at the shop, i was close to getting this handsome shoulder laptop bag. it cost more than 300 sing dollars. i got the hot pink rubber case instead. it's been one of my best buys. i could put money or my sunnies or my phone in it. the snap closure is the best invention ever for lazy people like me. so much so i think i should simply sell all my bags, especially the expensive ones.
i've discovered some things about things + myself during this trip. the bbag was good for nobody in the winter. i could reason that i lacked travelling experience but ultimately i think no bag will ever serve me well. organisers such as pursekets would be wasted on me. i got an earful from my travel partner about the bbag and my 'wallet' (it's the zip compartment of an MAC cosmetics brush pouch.) it's been working quite well for me (i used a drawstring pouch previously) but i have to admit it's not the best idea to stuff notes and coins in a same place (that's why they created the wallet, you know?) i told myself it won't work for me so why spend on a branded wallet when i could spend a bit more for a decent-sized branded leather bag. i contemplated getting an agnes b leather wallet when i was in the store in harajuku. agnes b fans should buy the brand's bags in japan. my friend told me it's really much cheaper. i don't know by how much, though.
anyways, i got distracted again there. the other two items i've been very pleased about were my vintage lanvin and coach sunnies. no photo of the coach. i spent the money on a wallet eventually, so there's no more left for a digicam. did wallet-using change things for the better for me? well. with the wallet, i was still Clumsy. it's my day 2 in training school. not sure if i'd get any returns out of it. the chances of dollar notes falling out could be lower but you just never know when you're as clumsy and careless as me. it'd be a miracle my keys hadn't ruined the leather on the wallet.
the tassels on the bbag have finally split. how not to? these things could really drive me nvts. no, i wouldn't give 2 hoots if they split. it's the clumsiness of zipping and unzipping to get to the things in my bag, that's what.
