the dress finally went to work. my legs almost broke. thanks to wearing these heels. would've been fine if i didn't have any ECA after work.  

i heard Kit Chan was seated right behind my friend in the restaurant.

we almost didn't get to dine at cocotte tonight.

we had to vacate in two hours. didn't get to try the desserts. my bill came to fifty two bucks; my friends paid more for some bubbly. 

  i usually went for appetisers and skipped mains, whether it's ala carte or buffet. if i go back again, i'd stick to the same consumption pattern.

the chicken dish was not bad but nothing to scream about. a tad salty.

chicken liver mousse was all right.

i rather liked the snails and the fried breaded tripe.

i say go for the pig's trotters salad but i just couldn't put my finger on what's missing... i'd prefer it a bit wetter. the pistachios kinda overwhelm the rocket leaves, there's no 'surprise' with each bite (this made any sense?).
