this time i blame you

took me 6 months to finally wear this dress. 

the skirt part is swirly. and there're pockets. 

i'm still undecided if i want to keep my hair this way. i probably will, for as long as my $70 is worth. the last perm worth $90 lasted a really long time. even my hairstylist said the waves were nice when i visited her to chop off the ends.

but seriously, do i look older? i get people saying otherwise. i'm not convinced. can i still risk wearing vintage?
