asos

according to asos, these are skater dresses. sometimes i see similar dresses named as "smocked" dresses. what is it about them that looks quite appealing yet just cannot work the magic on my body? i'm not fat, but yes i have narrow shoulders and a thick waist. i see them working on stick-thin girls at my office. 

i guess i can't wear short flare skirts, like i can't wear babydolls and bermudas. oh but i recently managed to find a pair of 'work shorts' from G2000, thanks to the style guru.
