jenny

was watching the click five sing "jenny" on tv. i remember i liked the song when i first heard it and it's only the chorus. don't know if it was before or after that fateful day. how many jennys would you come across in one lifetime? jenny's the lady that would steal his heart and whom he declared the love of his life. he chose to break the heart of the love of his life in the end. poor jenny. i mean it, from the bottom of my heart (these were the words he'd always used).

i would go on to know more jennys. i think the memory got embedded so quickly the name never caused me any grief afterward.
